I. In order to Cancel, you need to call our Customer Care Number
II. In case a request for refund reaches the company, amount paid will be credited into patient account/card for within a maximum of 10 (Business days) days from date of cancellation.
III. No refund will be given after 45 days from the date of preferred slot have been booked by patient.
IV. Refund requests must include the name of the Patient and/or transaction number.
